个人简介

林苏娥 女,博士,讲师,1987年7月生于浙江温州。

主要研究方向

植物有性生殖发育及其分子调控机制、植物对环境胁迫的响应机制、生物反应器、生物材料。

个人专长

长期致力于蔬菜作物生殖发育及其分子调控机制研究,重点研究十字花科作物花粉发育及其对环境胁迫的响应机制。以拟南芥、白菜、芜菁等植物为材料,认识花粉发育这一过程中的结构分化、变化特征和规律;利用rna-seq技术,分离了一系列和花粉发育相关的蛋白编码基因、mirna、cirrna和lncrna,并鉴定了一系列花粉对外界环境胁迫的响应因子,研究其结构、性质和表达特点;在此基础上,利用t-dna插入突变体、反义rna、rna干涉、amirna、crisrp-cas9、基因过量表达等技术手段,着重对参与花粉发育的部分相关基因进行了功能鉴定。已在the plant journal、annals of botany、plant growth regulation、plos one、molecular biology reports等期刊上发表相关学术论文19篇,其中sci期刊源收录16篇。主持2项国家自然科学基金项目;主持1项市级科技计划项目;参与2项国家自然科学基金项目;参与1项国家重点基础研究发展计划(973计划)项目(课题);参与1项浙江省农作物种质资源保护工作任务;参与2项市级科技计划项目。
